These terms govern your use of tegence.com and, where noted, our products (Praxis, Unboxie and Tani). By using this site or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. Use of a specific product is also governed by the order form or agreement you sign with us for that product.
Using this site
This site is provided to describe our products and services and to let you get in touch with us. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to access it in ways not permitted by these terms, probing or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorization, or submitting content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
Dataset-contribution campaigns
From time to time we run campaigns inviting people to voluntarily contribute images (such as selfies) to help train Tani's identity-verification models. Participation is optional and requires your explicit consent at the point of submission. Our Privacy Policy describes how those images are handled. You confirm that any image you submit is of yourself, or that you have the right to submit it.
Intellectual property
The Tegence name, logos, and the content of this site belong to Tegence unless otherwise noted. You may view and share this site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product-specific warranties, if any, are set out in the applicable product agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tegence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
